BRIGADEIROS (Chocolate Carmels)

A Brazilian birthday party is incomplete without brigadeiros, a chewy, chocolate candy served in petit-four cups.
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk,
2 tbsp margarine,
2 level tbsp Nesquick chocolate powder,
1 cup of chocolate sprinkles.
Directions:
Empty the can of condensed milk in a medium sized pot on a medium heat. Add the margarine and stir. Add the Nesquick and
blend. Stir continuously on a medium/low heat with a wooden spoon. The mixture can easily burn if you stop stirring.
Using the wooden spoon, pull the mixture away from the pot... |
